If you want to remove all recipients from our mailing list, leave the Names to Remove field blank. Otherwise, enter in each name to be removed exactly as it is written on the bundle form, separating each name with a comma (i.e., JOHN SMITH, JANE DOE, SPECIAL EDUCATION DEPT, etc.). We must find an exact match in our database in order to remove the name from the mailing list. Incomplete entries that do not exactly match a listing in our database will not be removed from the mailing list.
