Please join the author, Jim Gilliam, in this research by rating a person of any age who has been "officially" identified as having Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Before rating the person on this survey, I need some information about the person you are rating and you. This information is confidential and will not be accessible by anyone but James E. Gilliam, Ph.D. All information will be entered into a database without any identifying information about the person or the rater. PRO-ED, Inc., the publisher of the GARS, will be provided fully deidentified information. So, please answer these questions honestly with complete assurance of your anonymity.

The survey takes 10 to 15 minutes to complete. I apologize for its length. As an incentive for completing it, I am offering to pay you $10.00 for each survey you complete. You may complete as many surveys as you wish but do them on separate individuals.
